The first steps - before the course

Every student booking a course receives a Needs Analysis Profile Sheet, which asks for information about what teaching they need and also what they expect to achieve from the course.

Once the school has received the profile sheet, the very best possible team of tutors for the student is selected and after having been assigned the tutors immediately receive the information in the student’s  Profile Sheet. This means that they are able to begin planning for the classes before the student even arrives in the school.
